both USA and Australian dollar values. AUD prices quoted are based on
the exchange rate at the time of writing (Oct 2003)
Payments can be made using credit cards, PayPal

console. All online payments are conducted in us dollars only and
at the USD amount specified. Other payment methods including money orders,
cheques in the mail, Australian bank transfers via netbanking or direct
bank deposit made over the counter at your local bank must be made using
