World Super Host will provide basic
support to all account holders, affiliates, resellers and
clients of resellers,
Basic support pertains to obligatory and required support for all account and
server issues only and does not include providing tuition on how to run a website
or use individual applications such as those provided with fantastico and cpanel.
It is up to the discretion of World World Super Host support staff to determine
what constitutes "basic support"

Support questions should be
related to account and server issues only, if your query is deemed to be outside
of what is considered basic support you will
be referred
to our Paid
Support Services.
We also provide an optional priority
support contract available to all existing clients.
Before submitting any support
enquiry please first be familiar with our Terms
Of Service (AUP) and also check the Frequently
Asked Questions in our members portal
as most answers to common questions have already been provided there.
For the latest news and developments as well as tools and resources to
assist with running your website we have provided a community portal with
many resources for all hosted clients make use of.
If
you have questions of a general nature or just want some help with fantastico
or cpanel related issues please

use search facilities and Forums to
find your answers or ask your questions.
This area is intended to give you access to peers
and others using our facilities to openly discuss any matters pertaining
to website's, domains, hosting, our services and resources as well as
to provide information to general site visitors about our services.
Feel free to give suggestions or express ideas in our portal. Members can
also upload information about their website's and add screen shots to
our gallery to help better promote them across our network.

PAID
SUPPORT
Pay by the Hour
Paid "1 on 1 support" is
available at the rate of $120.00us for the first
hour or part thereof and then $99.00us per each
hour thereafter.
Should you require more than basic account or
server related support you can request paid support
services on an hour by hour
basis. Paid support
is for issues that lay outside of our obligatory free or "Basic support" and
can be related to any type of internet, website, technology or
general computer related issues or tasks including personal assistance
with website
and internet deployment, marketing, programming or delivery systems.
We can also help with design, purchase, delivery and assembly
of computer, internet or network components for personal, business
or corporate use.
Should we accept a request to provide personal support the fee
for the first hour is to be paid in advance. Time is calculated
and charged on
the total actual time spent during contact and the performance
of all and
any tasks which includes time spent responding to correspondence,
programming, uploading/downloading, researching, editing, discussing,
traveling or
performing any activity related to the services requested.
Any third party expenses related to performing supported
tasks must be paid for up front and directly by the client
to the third party. This includes
but is not limited to purchases of required software or
hardware, contracted programmers, travel, accommodation or
delivery related expenses etc.

SUPPORT CONTRACT
PRIORITY SUPPORT CONTRACT
(available to existing account holders only)
Paid Priority Support is available for an additional $250.00
us per month
This is similar to pre purchasing 10 hours of Paid Support
only you get it at the rate of $25 per hour.
excess time spent over 10 hours in any single month is then billed at the
usual rate of $99.00 us per hour.
Any allocated time left unused in any month is not rolled over to the following
month but is rather spent on including your hosted domains in our hands
on search engine optimisation and promotion efforts.
If we are not busy working on tasks for you then we will be busy promoting
your website the following month!
Priority support includes priority access and personal contact with the
Administrator of World Super Host by phone, instant messenger, email and
live personal contact and guarantees active response to any enquiry within
24 hours (usually within only a few hours).
priority Support can be called upon to handle any issue related to any
hosting account held by the member on any of our services.
Priority Support includes assistance with any type of issue related to
the products or services provided by World Super Host and includes help
related to database management, fantastico applications, website design,
online promotion, website maintenance, CMS portal management, cpanel use,
backing up data etc.
With priority support you are guaranteed that we will assist where possible
with any task related to hosting your sites on our services.
With priority support we dedicate up to 10 hours per month of our time
to looking after you!
Priority Support must be purchased separately
and is an actual "Account" on our
system.
Each month clients available hours of support are reset back to 10 hours
available
(Time not used in the previous month does not carry over to the next)
Priority support services can be organised regular monthly tasks conducted
by World Super Host on your behalf such as search engine submissions, content
management, website maintenance, database management etc
Maximum time provision for each Paid Priority Support client is 10 hours
per month,
